Coaching gives you time to step back, understand yourself better and make choices that feel right for you.

I work with individuals and organisations, supporting people through the moments when space to think can make a real difference.

A space to
think openly

How I can help

Private Coaching

Sometimes we know something isn't quite right,
but we're not sure why.

You might be considering a career change, returning to work, struggling with confidence or simply feeling stuck.

Coaching can help you untangle what's going on, understand yourself better and work out what comes next.

Coaching for Organisations

Professional coaching to support people at key moments in their working lives.

I work with organisations to support new managers and emerging talent, employees returning to work, people navigating redundancy or career transition, and individuals who would benefit from space to think and develop.

Coaching isn't about becoming someone new. It's about understanding yourself better, so you can make choices that feel right for you.

My coaching is warm, grounded and curious. I create a supportive and confidential space where you can step back from the day to day and think openly about what's happening, what matters to you and what may be getting in the way.

I believe that greater self-awareness gives us more choice. As we understand more about our values, strengths, assumptions and patterns, we can make decisions that feel more considered and more our own.

Sometimes that leads to significant change. Sometimes it means approaching the same situation differently.

My Approach

“Hayley creates a very supportive space where I felt able to voice things I hadn’t really spoken aloud before. She is highly skilled at knowing when to listen and hold space.”

- Katie

I'm Hayley, an ICF-accredited coach with 30 years' experience working with people and organisations of all sizes across media, entertainment, publishing and the charity sector.

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 20 years leading teams and working in complex, creative organisations. I've experienced many of the changes my clients bring to coaching, from stepping into leadership and navigating uncertainty to questioning what comes next.

Today I work with private clients and organisations, helping people create the space to think, understand themselves better and move forward in a way that feels right for them.
